The Boston policeman who aired the photos of "the real Boston Bomber" has now landed himself in some hot water, as his actions are being called into question.
He is now facing possible disciplinary action for releasing those photos.

Sargeant Sean Murphy sent the photos to Boston magazine, after Rolling Stone aired its new cover, featuring a seeminly airbrushed "glam shot" of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
The police photos were nowhere near as glamorous, showing a bloodied Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as he was apprehended.
In fact, Murphy told Boston magazine that his photos depicted "the real Boston bomber. Not someone fluffed and buffed for the cover of Rolling Stone magazine."
"Police authorities in Massachusetts scheduled a hearing Tuesday to determine whether a police photographer, Sergeant Sean Murphy, should be disciplined beyond the one-day suspension he was handed last week after releasing the photos."
